Dubai, 19–20 October 2026 — YIGO Developments has launched YIGO LUXE, its new residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The launch marked the project's first public introduction in the community where it will be built, and visitors were invited to view the model, floor plans and material samples in the showroom.

YIGO LUXE rises 32 storeys to 118 metres and comprises 355 residences and nine retail units. Five residence types are planned, from a Studio + Suite to the 1+1+1 Royal Suite, a flexible three-bedroom luxury suite. The range is designed around living structure rather than area alone: a compact home that can become a one-bedroom, a one-bedroom with a convertible suite, and larger family layouts with a maid's room.

Approximately 34,000 square feet of amenities are planned, including a whole floor of shared facilities, four sky gardens, a rooftop infinity pool, a gym and a running track. The shared-facilities floor includes a shared workspace, a shared family dining space, children's facilities and the Queen's Lounge, so work, meals and play can happen within the building.

Drawing on Hong Kong spatial intelligence, YIGO LUXE combines Versace aesthetics with Hong Kong craftsmanship. Versace Ceramics and Newform fittings are specified in designated areas, and details such as tile-pattern alignment and fitting finishes can be checked against material samples in the showroom.

The project is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2029. Full payment-plan details are available at the showroom. For buyers comparing off-plan apartments in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the showroom visit is intended as the decision step: plans, samples and the model can be checked together, rather than relying on images alone. Visitors are welcome to visit the showroom to learn more about YIGO LUXE and to view the project in person.
